Amazingly, he was able to get me a plea for the pending felony possession & ONE new felony possession, ran concurrently for only 5 mos. That's 5 charges down and multiple years off the standard range I was facing. After serving 3.5 mos I went to inpatient treatment & have been clean almost 8 mos, about to have my children returned to me by the courts. Throughout this time Phil has continued to check in on me from time to time, encouraging me & offering advice / assistance when he can as I try to navigate through the system & clean up the wreckage of my past. I truly feel like he is in my corner & I couldn't ask for a better man to have on my team. On July 19th I was charged with an Attempt to Elude, a Felony charge, and a Reckless Driving, while riding my streetbike home from the bar. I had two drinks in about an hour and a half and waited till I was comfortable to ride home. Phil Is a great lawyer and very personable. He takes the time to make sure you are taken care of, he also will tell you the truth and not give you broken promises. This to me is great because you want someone who will tell you the truth in the matter. We are very happy we used him as our lawyer in... the tough situation we were in. He was able to get us the best result for the situation we were facing and we are very thankful for him. If you are looking for a lawyer I may be biased but you should definitely go with Mr. Sayles.
