No. The lender/title company will insist on the life tenant signing the mortgage.

Did you have an attorney in the bankruptcy ? Judgment liens pass through bankruptcy unless you file a motion to avoid the liens under 11usc522(f).

If you don't recognize the charge then dispute with your credit card issuer. They may reverse the charge.
