I can't locate this attorney. She has failed to respond to phone calls, regular or certified mail and prior requested not to be contacted via email. When I last phoned her number, someone else returned my call to inform me that she was no longer at that number. Through my own research, I found that... my case was taken off the court calendar July 2010, from an ADR program it was put into (WHY ?- I don't know). Upon finding out this information, the court clerk(s) advised me (about 1-2 months ago that I had to go through the attorney to get information on the status of the case; however, the attorney has disappeared; after collecting money for the case from myself and three other plaintiffs. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, commitment, response or action by her. .My case and my trust has been compromised. My life was turned upside down and I have been financially devastated and unable to work because of the violations to my person and my rights. I've been deceived and have further ,suffered tremendous damages, emotional distress and physical trauma as a result of her inaction in this lawsuit. If she is still registered as a practicing attorney, I fail to understand her lack of commitment to the job and her clients. If possible to contact her through this review, I would hope that she would make things right by making contact and following on my case so that I can receive money damages which I am entitled to for the violations of my civil & human rights caused by the City of La, and money damages due to police abuse, verbal & physical attacks and brutality causing me personal injuries.- 2005-2009. In late 2009 I was forced to leave the location of my work in order to save my life due to the constant, consistent, harassment, discrimination and wrongful actions taken against me by police and city officials. She also added two different personal injury claims to the initial claim filed in 2007; and has also not responded since 2009 or before. Her lack of response as my attorney is unacceptable. At this time, I cannot comment on her knowledge because of her inability to communicate or follow up or review my case status with me. She has definitely not acted in a professional manner.
