Aziz Ahsan, Patent & Trademark Attorney’s Response Legally, the reviewer Mr. Sheikh Hasan Abunar, is NOT my client, however, Avvo’s Legal Counsel has determined, and confirmed, that he is “my client”, and therefore, I have no choice but to respond to this scathing review. Mr. Sheikh Hasan Abunar, is a companion of my client, Mr. Nimer Mohammed Ead. For the amount and services mentioned in the Review, it includes: US Patent Office Filing Fees for Five (5) US Patent Applications; Preparation and Filing of Formal paperwork for Five (5) US Patent Applications; namely: (1) S/N 13/566,970 (65 Pages); (2) S/N 61/784,948 (46 Pages); (3) S/N 14/214,302 (37 Pages); (4) S/N 14/214,098 (59 Pages); and (5) S/N 14/213,785 (46 Pages); along with Three (3) Preliminary Amendments, and handling of Three (3) Official Actions from the US Patent Office. The reviewer, Mr. Sheikh Hasan Abunar, and his companion, my client, Mr. Nimer Mohammed Ead, do not have a command of the English language nor do they understand US Patent Laws, and thus we also exchanged over 400 Emails, and at least over 70 hours of telephone and in-person communications, and this does not include hours and hours of changes by Mr. Nimer Mohammed Ead, and dozens of drafts for the Five (5) Patent Applications. I continued to work with my client, inventor Mr. Nimer Mohammed Ead, as these are wonderful inventions, even though he has not paid my last Four (4) Invoices! Instead of being thankful and grateful for the extraordinary services that I have provided: I get a lousy review!
