Stuart Allen Weiss Jr

Mr. Weiss is personable enough. He is extremely difficult to get in contact with by phone and his answering machine is ALWAYS full; and when you have been successful in leaving a message he doesn't return your calls. He is unprofessional and irresponsible with important documents and loses "things"... though he CAN create new ones~. His prices are average. And he may be clever enough but his dedication to your legal issue is not well explained and not followed through until completion. It was highly frustrating dealing with this attorney who seemed to prolong matters for obvious reasons, to charge you more! Clearly he IS well educated; and knows the law well but getting him to "perform" is difficult at best. Mr. Weiss seems to be more content being a father (which is good for his kids) than being a professional attorney (you be the judge of how this works out for his clients) Thank you for an opportunity to voice my frustrations with this otherwise likeable guy though not as an attorney. Your results/resolutions would be more efficient with a PARALEGAL or law student
