I have to give Michael Farley 5 stars. I was nervous about the process and he answered all my questions no matter how many I had. The process went much better than I expected. He will get back to you personally which I like a lot. I had some issues with the town and he told me exactly what needed t...o be done and helped me through the entire process. I really feel he goes to bat for you. I was very impressed and I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Michael Farley to anyone doing a real estate transaction. He takes your calls personally and the calls are not pushed on to his paralegal. He even returns phone calls after 5:00. I really felt he took the time to explain everything thoroughly when we had our contract signing. Any ...issues that came up he dealt with promptly and really fought for us. We were very impressed by Michael's knowledge and he is a true expert in his field.
