She’s works in favor of your opponent.

She is my grandaughters guardian(laughable) she has never returned calls for months on end. Never showed up at school for scheduled meeting to discuss child. Has only spoken to my daughter once and not more than a 10 words. However, she is quite chummy and familiar with the other side. Goes to their ...house and is extremely friendly with them and their attorney. She insults my daughter and my family to her face. I was so concerned about some physical abuse that I put in new petition and not once has she asked me what is going on however they put in a petition for educational neglect (for being late too many times) and she's siding with them. Not bothering to again ask what the problem is. My grandaughter is terrified her mother is going to leave and never come back and is so distraught everytime she has to leave. But Ms. Wacks thinks this is okay to do to a child and doesn't even try to find out what is really going on.

Also, this pertains to me, THE ONLY THING SHE TELLS YOU IS YOU DON'T HAVE A CHANCE OF WINNING SO JUST CONSENT. And! Whoever wrote this, IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!.. SHE DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS THE ...ONLY TIME YOU HEAR FROM HER OR SEE HER IS 2 MINUTES BEFORE COURT. You hear from her at the "11th hour!!" This is the best part! She told me my 12 yr old son, had "no opinion!!" She has destroyed this case....

This lawyer was counsel for my daughter in family court. Wacks never represented my daughter's wishes in court, never informed the court in changing the advocacy of representing those wishes, never advocated my daughter's legal position in court; Wacks misrepresented statements to the court that my d...aughter said, refused to pay the court ordered psychologist after hiring them, and discriminated against my daughter due to disability.

SHES ONLY WORRIED ABOUT KEEPING THE JUDGE HAPPY AND THE OTHER LAWYERS HAPPY EVEN IF THEY ARE AGAINST YOU. IF YOU ARE GIVEN THIS ATTORNEY REQUEST ANOTHER 1 AND "PLSSS" DO NOT HIRE HER YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF!!!! SHE DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS THE ONLY TIME YOU HEAR FROM HER OR ...SEE HER IS 2 MINUTES BEFORE COURT, SHES NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF HER CLIENT, SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT KEEPING THE PEOPLE OF THE COURT HAPPY, AND SHE REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING YOU ASK HER TO THE ONLY THING SHE TELLS YOU IS YOU DON'T HAVE A CHANCE OF WINNING SO JUST CONSENT!!!!!
