Unbelievable
This guy quit on me and my family the day before we were suppose to close on our first home. That's probaly all that needs to be said about this guy, hopefully you don't make the same mistake I made and leave your future in this human piece of garbage's filthy hands

Horrible . . . Horrible . . . Horrible
Hired him for simple judgement. Charged me $1000. Nine months later needs another $500 to comtinue but haven't heard a word from him since February. All of a sudden he is off the cse and I am out $1500.00. This man is a thief.

John Winans..A NightMare..DO NOT HIRE THIS SO CALLED LAWYER
This attorney will call you and be very nice when he wants your case and your big upfront retainer. After he gets your money, you will never hear from him again. We have called him over 40 times since April 2009 and he has never returned one call. His secretary will also yell at you if u call the off...
