Due to many factors beyond our control; death of opposing atty., judge retires in middle of case, four judges recuse themselves, and many roadblocks along the way, Jonathan never devia...ted from our goals. If you want an attorney who tells you the truth and is open minded about hearing the truth no matter how painful it may be, Jonathan will work with you. Our case was a very demanding nine years in duration. His billing was very fair and transparent. If you want an attorney that will work hard for you, then be prepared to work hard for him. You will never know when he puts on the hat of the opposing attorney. This is to prepare you for the that possible day when you may be deposed or take the stand to testify. Jonathan's demeanor is very friendly but do not expect to become friends, it interferes with professional objectives. You can become friends after the case is concluded. You can always count on Jonathan to present all the alternatives all the time. The course thru the legal maze is expertly analyzed, choices are presented, a best course is selected. You will never be in the dark. If your case is lengthy, as mine was, be prepared to become a para-legal for your own edification.
