This lady is a joke. I hired her to represent me in Dutchess County for a DWAI charge about 3 to 4 years ago and she literally did not a thing for me. I would’ve been better off taking the $4000 and just throwing it up in the air And giving it to homeless people. I ended up pleading guilty to the cha...rge and got the same terrible kind of deal that I would’ve got with any public defender not to mention the way she acted in court made me furious, joking around with the judge acting like my life didn’t matter basically when the police officer that arrested me changed her statement because I was improperly arrested. She didn’t even try to fight for me at all, just another day at the office for her. I was working one day in Kingston before my case was over and saw her at a rental car place. I’m assuming she was going on vacation but she was dressed like a 14 year-old hoochie mama and I knew at that moment that I was totally screwed. It was my first charge like that ever I believe I was 33 at the time most lawyers would’ve at least got it and dropped down somewhat keep in mind. This was a misdemeanor, even if it got dropped down to a non-driving misdemeanor I would’ve been happy but in the end I ended up wasting my money on this lady losing my license for six months having to pay $300 and go to the driving impairment classes And I’m sure there were some other fines mixed in there. I don’t remember it was a few years ago, but either way the point I’m trying to make is I would be $4000 richer than being in the same position. I am in now if I haven’t hired this worthless woman.
