Successfully represented a class of hundreds of oil, gas and chemical inspectors whose overtime pay was unlawfully diluted through a mathematical formula commonly referred to as "chinese overtime," wh ... ereby their employer paid them "half-time" in lieu of time and a half when they worked overtime. Case was certified as a collective action by a federal judge. Defendant paid 100% of the overtime owed, and additional amount, for the plantiffs' attorneys' fees incurred.

Successfully represented multiple classes of over one hundred Account Executives employed by one of the national's largest wireless service providers, who claimed that their employer had misclassified ... them as exempt from overtime laws and as a result failed to pay them proper overtime when they worked in excess of 40 hours per week. The case was certified as a nationwide collective action by a federal judge, as well as a California class action. Defendant ultimately agreed to pay back overtime wages to the Account Executives, an equal amount as liquidated damages, and attorneys fees and costs in as well.
