This was an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate a temporary domestic violence injunction entered against Mr. Youssef, our client. On appeal, Mr. Youssef argued that the trial court lacked ... personal jurisdiction over Youssef, who was not a resident of Florida. The appellate court agreed and reversed the order, remanding with directions to vacate the injunction and dismiss the petition for the injunction.
