Case involved a complex real estate matter, the Petitioner/Plaintiff was inadvertently left off of the title to her Property even though she was on the initial mortgage, title application and several o ... ther documents as a joint tenant with rights of survivorship. The matter was further complicated by the intestate death of Client's husband and the resale of the underlying title company, that secured the marketable title of the property, several times within the nearly thirty (30) years that had passed since the original purchase of the property by our client and her deceased husband. Matters were further complicated because the decedent had three (3) surviving heirs with potential adversarial claims against the underlying real property.
