I Hired Ms. Como to take on this conplex case and Ms Como did Great! My lease ended in September 2016, I relocated to Florida from Amsterdam NY, on August 30th. I informed the management (landlord) that if it's possible to transfer the lease to my daughter in law. The management said yes I'll send yo...u an application for her and not a renewal for my husband and I. He was fully aware that I moved prior to September. My daughter in law did not pay rent for October and November. She left the apartment with furniture and all kids stuff to go to NYC in December. The landlord place an eviction in court with my name, my husband name and my daughter in laws name. I was not personally served nor did I received any notice of the court date. I was informed by a friend in church in Amsterdam that my husband and I names were on the docket for today January 12, 2017. I called the court today and was informed that a judgement was made against us for $2346.36... I'm concerned for my credit. I want to make sure this eviction doesnt show on a background check since it was my daughter in law that didnt pay. She should be held responsible. Again landlord was fully aware that she was living there and my husband and I relocated. Our lease ended in September 2016. Thank you Ms Como.

Ms. Como represented in regards to a pretty severe, double digit amount of serious, misdemeanor driving related arrests. I had given up hope and had even missed my first court date because honestly, I was scared I wouldn't walk out of the courtroom the same day. She immediately obtained a new court d...ate for me with no bail revocation, warrants issued or other negative consequences. I was very overwhelmed and she coached me through documents I needed to get prior to my court date, letters it would be helpful for me to provide, etc. Anything that could be done in order to help the situation less dire. I was easily overwhelmed and she was supportive and made everything manageable. She worked with the ADA to come to a resolution that was better than I ever even dared to hope for. I came home that day to my kids. She communicated with me throughout the entire process. Always PROMPTLY returned any phone calls she may have missed from me. Well within 24 hours. I didn't feel like a pile of paperwork. I felt like a person who had a chance. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience with her.

Attorney Como and the Landlord Services of Upstate NY team are great. They work with a sense of urgency, which is of utmost importance during an eviction.
