Mark Andrew Juda

I hired Mr. Juda in September 2014 and I supplied him with all the medical records and receipts I had at the time. I did not have all of them but signed the medical release forms so he could have them sent to him. After trying for over a month to talk to my attorney and get updates and information an...d getting no response by email, office phone, cell phone or text I had no choice but to fire Mr. Juda. It was only because I threatened to report him to the professional review board he decided to respond and then send my file back to me. To my surprise the file consisted only of the documents I supplied to him. There were no new records and no copies correspondence with the insurance company or any letters from them. There was nothing that would give any indication that any work was done on this case or that the insurance company even knew or acknowledged he was the attorney on record. The fact that he constantly ignored email, phone and text messages for over a month should give any potential client cause for concern as to if this will happen to them. I did not expect daily or weekly updates but to just flat out be ignored is not professional by anyone's standards. Proceed with caution.
