I represented wholly owned subsidiary of a title insurance company in breach of guaranty suit against two individual guarantors of a construction loan meant to finance a condominium conversion of two r ... ental apartment projects in Orlando, Florida. After the principals of the project defrauded the bank, our client purchased the loan/guaranty package and sued the guarantors in Miami-Dade County Florida. After summary judgment in our favor was reversed on appeal, we prevailed for our client at trial, and the trial judgment was affirmed on appeal.
