Robert Steven Bruschini

Robert “Bob” Bruschini was a cum laude graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh in 1989. After a year with IBM in Dutchess County, he entered Albany Law School and graduated in 1993.

His law career began with a general practice firm in Troy, New York, where he realized that litigation was his calling. In 1996, he took a job as Associate Attorney with the Albany staff counsel office of Travelers Insurance.

When, in 2008, he received a call from Victor Mazzotti to join the firm, the opportunity to work for the firm against whom he had worked so many times was simply too great to pass.

Over the past 18 years, Bob has litigated hundreds of cases involving diverse areas of New York law, including, Labor Law, Premises Liability, Product and Automobile Liability. He has tried cases in many counties throughout New York State.

Bob is a member of the Capital District Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.

He is active throughout the greater Capital District with youth soccer and has spent years as a coach and a Board Member of local soccer clubs.
