I enjoy representing employers in state and federal court and agency proceedings in a variety of labor and employment matters, such as actions alleging harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage-hour and FLSA violations, and alleged violations of the NLRA. I also regularly counsel clients in addition to representing them in litigation, providing advice and training on all aspects of the employment relationship, and associated labor issues.
I have also successfully represented numerous clients during both inspections and the post-inspection citation process before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA"), and state agencies that operate their own OSHA-compliant programs, including several high-profile matters across the country.
I graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1996, and was a submarine officer until 2004, serving onboard the USS NEVADA (SSBN 733), and instructing students at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit in Ballston Spa, New York. Prior to joining Bond, I worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Capital Region Human Resource Association, and serve as the President of the Board of Directors of the Senior Citizens Center of Saratoga Springs. I enjoy speaking on labor and employment issues to groups and conferences, as well as guest lecturing at Albany Law School.
