Paul Michael Aloy

Paul Aloy concentrates his practice in the areas of Education Law and Labor and Employment Law. He is experienced in employee and student discipline proceedings; improper practice and unfair labor practice proceedings and other labor relations matters including collective bargaining and impasse procedure; administrative hearings, including those before the Public Employment Relations Board, Division of Human Rights, the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board and the Workers’ Compensation Board; and state and federal court proceedings. Paul has also represented individuals on licensing matters before the Racing & Wagering Board. He regularly counsels clients on a wide range of day-to-day legal issues.

Prior to joining Honeywell Law Firm, Paul had the unique experience of working both in private practice, where he primarily served as counsel to municipal employers, as well as working in-house for a prominent labor union representing law enforcement officers statewide.

Paul graduated from Syracuse University College of Law where he was a Dean’s Scholar and was selected for the Moot Court Honor Society after demonstrating excellence in trial and appellate advocacy. He is also a graduate of Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania where he played baseball and was initiated into Kappa Delta Pi, International Honor Society in Education. Paul has volunteered his time as an advisor/coach to a local high school’s Mock Trial Team and to Wilton Youth Soccer.
