Melanie M Franco

Melanie M. Franco, Esq. is an attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, where she focuses her practice in federal employment law.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Melanie worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C. of the New Jersey Tax Court while the judge was temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, General Equity Division in Hackensack, NJ.

While in law school, Melanie performed research for a professor on a unique environmental law issue, as well as worked as a research assistant for her school’s advocacy program. Melanie also interned with the Pace Energy and Climate Center, a New York City council member, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 2 office, and Hudson Riverkeeper. 

Melanie is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She obtained her law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, NY, with the Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law.
