I retained Joann Coughtry for my divorce. She was recommended to me by another attorney. A co-worker also recommended Joann to me. I was very pleased with Joann as my attorney. She was easy to communicate with and was always available. She is very knowledgeable about the law. I was very comfortab...le with her whether in her office, on the telephone, or in court. Joann was confident in dealings with the court and confident when dealing with my spous's attorney. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my divorce. I don't think another attorney could have achieved the results Joann got for me. When I first met with Joann I told her what my priorities were and what I expected. She informed me of the law and my rights in a way that I could understand. i was very worried about finances and legal fees. Joann assured me she would work with me and she did. Joann obtained a settlement for me far surpassed what I expected. I am very greatful. I have recommended her to other people and the people I referred her to have told me they are very pleased as well.

JOANN GOT THE JOB DONE!

Joann was excellent at handling my case of child custody/support. I was not married so I did not have all the extra baggage that comes along with a marriage. I had been down this route once before with a different attorney so I had a general idea of what to expect. She has a great professional man...ner both in and out of the court room. Her professonal manner helped me to avoid a trial and gave me the outcome that I wanted. She can be tough with the opposing party when warranted. Joann tells you like it is.....and is honest about the reality of your specific situation, unlike the lawyer I had hired years ago who just feed me a bunch of bs. She is very mindful of the family court system and its players... an excellent trait that a client would want a lawyer to have. She made herself available whenever I had a quesiton or needed more information about my case. She got the job done!

Did a great job!

Joann is an excellent attorney. She is experienced and knowledgeable. She was successful in my case. She negotiated a resolution without costly court appearances and litigation, yet was confident to go to trial if necessary. She made herself available whenever I needed her and returned my phone c...alls immediately. Her fees were reasonable and well earned. I have recommended her to other people and will continue to do so. I was very happy to have her on my side.

Excellent Divorce Attorney

Amazing!

Right from the start Joann let me know what was going to happy. She was always a call or e-mail away when I ran into a brick wall. She was very comforting and supporting in a time of need. She stood up for my rights as a single mom when I didn't have the strength. I would recommend her to anyone look...ing for assistance in family court.
