The only attorney you will ever need

Joann was great, she knows what she is doing. I spent over a year and a half in family court with a prior attorney. I hired Joann and we were done with all the BS in less than 2 months. If your going through a divorce, separation, family court, child support, ect. stick with this one.

she the lawyer you should have if you want the best

The attorney was understanding, Caring and stood up for me in court. She took her time explaining everything to me. She was well prepared throughout the whole process. ( she's a fighter) she was easy to get a hold of. Always got back to me and answered all my questions. She just the best!!!!!!!

A lawyer that listens

I met with JoAnn Coughtry to file a separation agreement. My husband and I had already discussed the terms of the separation and had agreed on what we wanted it to look like. We did not want courts to dictate what we felt were life decisions. JoAnn not only provided the agreement that we were seek...ing, but she was the only attorney out of several that I contacted that listened to what I wanted and did not try to steer me away from being reasonable and fair in the process. She offered suggestions and clarifications but respected what I wanted as a client. I would highly recommend JoAnn. Her responses to inquiries were timely and she completed everything I requested in a timely manner. Most importantly, she listened and responded to what I wanted.
