I trusted Jillian Groshans with my custody case, and it turned into one of the most frustrating, disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with an attorney. Important details were overlooked, deadlines were handled carelessly, and there was no real sense of urgency or strategy. Each step felt reactive instead of proactive. I constantly felt unprotected and unheard, especially during moments that truly mattered for my children and me. Despite paying for representation, I ended up doing much of the legwork myself — drafting, following up, and clarifying basic things that should have been her responsibility. It honestly felt like I had no advocate in my corner. This experience brought unnecessary stress and disappointment during an already painful time. I would never recommend her for any custody or family matter.
