Jacquelyn Rochelle Cavanagh

Extremely disappointing experience. This attorney fell far short of the representation I expected in a serious Family Court matter involving concerns about child abuse. She appeared to cower in front of the judge rather than confidently advocate for her client. I expected an attorney who would stand ...her ground and fight for her client, not one who appeared intimidated when it mattered most. Even worse was her behavior toward me after a court appearance. When I sought clarification about a serious situation involving a child I believed was being abused, she swore at me and told me I better “make this sh*t happen” regarding sending the child to visit the individuals I believed were responsible for the abuse. This was completely unacceptable and profoundly unprofessional. I needed competent legal representation, clear communication, and an attorney who treated me with respect during an incredibly stressful situation. Instead, I felt unsupported, disrespected, and let down. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking strong advocacy, professionalism, or compassion in a sensitive Family Court matter.
