Howard Review
We hired Howard a few yrs ago--for back tax liabilities and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns--He was successful with an offer and compromise with the Federal government for a # of years of back taxes... I would highly recommend Howard to anyone in need of help with unpaid back taxes-- He knows the law and explains to you in laments terms on how to proceed with a successful case..
