I have never felt so appreciative. I wasn't even certain that I wanted to file a claim for my injury I incurred at work. I simply called the firm he works for. The SAME evening that I had called to inquire about my options, the office called to confirm my appointment with Attorney Ferro for the ve...ry next day! To my utter surprise, he wasn't the stereotypical attorney I had envisioned. He was immensely ethical and knowledgeable, but he was extremely caring too! He explained the process, what my options were, and what to expect so simply that I didn't even feel like I was sitting with an attorney. It wasn't intimidating or overwhelming as I had anticipated. In addition, I didn't feel like I was just a 'case file' because he was taking notes, and even doing paperwork for me immediately without hardly losing eye contact. I can say with the utmost honesty, that I left that free consultation with no apprehension to file a workers' compensation claim. I am entitled to benefits for the hours of hard work I rendered for my company. The law provides aid to people in circumstances like me. This attorney is AMAZING. He made me realize, that I hardly have to do anything, and assured me that I wasn't suing or causing a problem for my company. A few business days later, I already received a copy that my claim had been filed, and I get frequent calls from the office updating me on my case status. I am so glad this attorney took the time to bring ease to my reservations and all concerns pertaining to filing a Workers' Compensation Claim. I am currently receiving monetary compensation--since I am unable to return to work yet. Furthermore, I'm not accruing medical debt. That's a huge stress relief! When I go to the doctor for my injury, he and his paralegal communicate with the insurance company to cover my medical expenses! With that said, perhaps, one attorney may do your paperwork, another may appear at court, one may take your phone call, but both of them were on the same exact page. I gather they all communicate effectively as a team, hence, all work together AS A TEAM to reach the best result per each individual's case, regardless of who signs one document. ANYONE WHO READS THIS, TAKE IT FROM ME, THIS ATTORNEY IS UTTERLY GENIUS, GENTLE, AND EVIDENTLY, SUCCESSFUL IN OBTAINING THE BEST RESULTS FOR HIS CLIENTS. At least, in my case, such is an understatement. DON'T BE AFRAID TO CALL THIS FIRM! I would specifically, recommend asking for George Ferro!
