Nicole Strippoli

I hired Nicole for a closing. She changed her prices several times, she 1st charged me 650 for closing then charged 830 and did not tell me until the same day of closing. She did not honor original price. I knew something was up because when it came to evictions, she stated she would charge 450 to ev...ict 2 people, then stated 550, then emailed and stated it will be 650 to eviction 1 person. I suggest to anyone that decide to go with her, not only should you get everything in writing but you should if you can record all conversations & save all documentation.
