Her Insights will Enable You To Make Difficult Decisions

Very pleased with what we accomplished. I found Julie Ann Calareso to be super knowledgeable, but never intimidating. Her pearls of wisdom regarding family matters enabled me to make difficult decisions.

Great Estate/Trust Attorney!

Julieanne and her assistant, Maureen, were extremely helpful to me as I developed and executed my estate planning documents. Julieanne asked great questions, helped me to sort out some complicated matters and was pleasant, patient, professional and kind throughout the process. I would highly recommen...d her!

My experience with JulieAnne was exceptional!

When my family faced the difficult decision of placing our beloved mother into long-term care, it was emotionally challenging and financially daunting. Needing help, I contacted numerous attorneys in the Capital District and they all referred me to the same lawyer: JulieAnne Calereso, Esq., an experi...enced attorney with a depth of knowledge in Crisis Medicaid Planning. From the very first consultation, she put me at ease and reassured me that I was not alone in this journey. She took the time to understand our family's unique situation and provided us with a clear roadmap of what needed to be done. Her expertise was evident as she guided me through the complex process of asset protection, eligibility requirements, and application procedures. She also helped me complete various legal documents and forms, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness. Throughout this stressful time, Julie was not only a legal advisor but also a supportive, understanding, and kind presence. She always took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently clarify complex issues, and was incredibly responsive by phone and email. Her expertise, communication, and genuine care surpassed all of our expectations. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of legal advice.

Really helpful!

JulieAnn has done two things for us (so far). First, she helped decipher some trust documents that had us baffled when we needed to make a quick decision. She was patient and thorough and a big help there. Second, she helped us prepare our estate planning docs, a task which we had been putting off... for years. Those were relatively straightforward, but she did a nice job making sure we understood our choices and helping us finally get that done.

Excellent Lawyer

I first met Julianne at a workshop where she was talking to the group about estate planning and how to help your loved ones handle their finances, etc., in their elder years. When it came time to settle my father's estate, years later, she was the first one I thought of and she made the difficult pr...ocess as seamless as it could have been. So, of course, when it was time to get all of my affairs in order, she is the first person I thought of. I highly recommend her.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
