Jonathan D. Cohn is an ethical, wonderful Lawyer. His hard work has restored my husband’s driver’s license after Thirty Five (35) years! He studied his record and found a flaw that he could work with . He was able to get one (1) DWI overturned!. The NYS DMV removed the “Denial’ and gave him permissi...on to get a restricted license. I worked with Jonathan on my DWI arrest last year. I was charged for DWI in Saratoga while visiting the region. Jonathan is an amazing attorney. I caught myself in an unfavorable situation some time back, and after a thorough review of lawyers in the area, John really stood out amongst his peers. He helped put my worries to ease, and believe me there were many. I was charged with a misdemeanor DWI following a ...breathalyzer refusal, in addition to 3 traffic infractions, 2 bearing points, and 1 pertaining to the refusal - which in it of itself is a serious offense. I met with John the day after my arrest, which he was nice enough to make himself available to me that day as it was during the weekend. He was extremely clear in explaining the charges I was facing and never once gave me a sense of false hope but rather assured me that he'd do everything in his power for my case. And that he did!
