He talks fast & is always eager to get you off the phone, but this man did his job & did it well. 4-point ticket reduced to 0-point parking fine.

Helped a Canadian with a ticket

Overall very happy with his work but wish there was a little more communication. Background - I contacted Randall out of the blue. I was driving to NH from Canada and got stopped along the way, and wasn't sure about what to do to fight it. He answered, spoke quickly but ultimately said it was sim...ple and he could help. Didn't hear much after that, and after a few months got worried, but then I received my notice that it was reduced to fine only.

Good job

Randall did as he promised and fixed all issues at the court as promised. Took care of everything with the least amount of contact and correspondences. The service was very good except I wasn't clear or explained the process which he took care of everything anyways.

Speeding Ticket

My speeding ticket was reduced by 20 Miles. If they can improve how to respond over the phone they could do better. I was asking them to provide information about the exams to reduce points on my license, but no matter how many times you call they'll answer only one question and cut the call. So my s...uggestion is to be patient over phone and try to answer all the questions what customers are asking. They lost 1 rating point because of their response over phone. Over all they did a decent job for my speeding ticket. I recommend this law office to other users.
