In a tough situation, Attorney Kehoe navigated the system and obtained a great outcome for our daughter. Very pleasant and tells it like it is. Very experienced. Very easy to recommend after four experiences with him.

Best Possible Outcome

I had never received a speeding ticket before and I didn't know what to do. At the time I thought the best action would be to plead guilty and send the ticket back. Little did I know that as a result of doing that I would be hammered with fines and points on my license, not to mention a driver's as...sessment fee from the DMV, and increased insurance rates. All of this was way too harsh for a first time offense! I hired attorney Randall Kehoe to represent me. He and his staff were very knowledgeable, and helpful. My case was a bit more complicated since I had already plead guilty. A motion had to be filed to vacate the plea, and then the case had to be reopened, and reviewed by the court, several documents had to be submitted, court appearances, and correspondence were all necessary. My attorney handled everything in my absence which was a huge relief to me. In the end I was granted the best possible outcome for my specific case. I am so grateful for the services provided. Successful Reduction

The office of Randall Kehoe was able negotiate a reduction my Albany County speeding ticket from over 70 in a 55, to a non-moving violation with zero points. I found the team to be courteous and to the point, very professional, and very responsive. I hope to never need their services again, but I str...ongly recommend them to anyone that does. Well worth the small fee.

quickly resolved the issue

I had a speeding ticket for going over 80 in a 65. I called Randall Kehoe, and he negotiated on my behalf. I ended up pleading guilty to a parking violation. Enough said.
