Jury came back not guilty on Penal Code section 273.5 and not guilty on Penal Code section 245(a)(1.) The Jury also found the client not guilty of three separate lesser included Penal Code section v ... iolations against my client. After the jury heard from the alleged victim and a defense witness they came back quickly with both not guilty verdicts - exonerating my client and allowing the client to escape the stigma of being labeled unnecessarily a perpetrator of domestic violence.
