Yorden Christopher Huban

Yorden is a GREAT to go guy if your had a lapse in judgement and have now found yourself with a troubling legal situation. I had situation where I left the scene of an accident with a few other factors involved and was looking at 3 misdemeanors and 5 traffic tickets. I thought I was going to walk awa...y with a criminal record for sure. --Michael M. (incident in Troy city court) After hiring Yorden he was great and being understanding and not casting a judgement or looking down on me even though the situation was rather embarrassing in my opinion. He understood it was a stupid mistake and not only stood by my side in court but also took is own personal time to chat with me for a little bit about life and some past experiences to calm me down when I was rather nervous about the case which meant alot to me. Our goal was to get the charges dropped down to just a disorderly conduct charge. The DA was very hesitant on dropping all the charges down to just such a simple violation. However due to his persuasive ability to convey to the DA office this wasn't my normal character and just a very stupid mistake and for me, and as a young professional a criminal record would be devastating for me Yorden got them to consider. Long story short, we got the 3 misdemeanors dropped to a disorderly conduct violation, and the 5 traffic tickets dropped. I took the deal paid the fines, did 3 days community service, and only had a conditional license for 90 days. However I walked away with ZERO criminal record even though I had a rather bad lapse in judgement. If your in any type of similar situation with legal problems I would highly highly recommend Yorden. Hes very reasonable with his prices and hes always there for his clients. He never a problem taking his time to explain to me everything going on, status updates and was only a phone call away for any questions at all I might have had. He worked very hard to get me the deal I needed. Yorden if your ever reading this thank you again good sir!!!!
