Inadequate lawyers

I hired Phil for $1,500 cash to settle an uncontested divorce over 2 years ago. The reason it was $1,500 was that he promised it would be taken care of within 2 months. After numerous phone calls and text messages and promises that he would take care of this he has not filed any papers with the court... he has met with her several times and asked the same exact questions like 6 different times. And I mean the same exact questions that he lost the paperwork or forgot. And now he doesn't even answer or calls or text messages. If he couldn't handle it I don't know why he just didn't I say so Laura even ask us for more money but he just ignored us after taking $1,500.

Horrible divorce lawyer

Do not hire this lawyer for a divorce. He does criminal law but stated he also does family law. Paid him 1200.00 and a year later divorce has not moved forward. He did not return texts or calls or emails. Very disappointing and ended up hiring a jew lawyer to have to start all over. He should st...ay with criminal and not try and take on too many cases to where he can't manage case load.

"I endorse this lawyer. The man walks on water as far as I am concerned. Clarence Darrow would cower in his presence if opposing him in Court. It's a wonder why he doesn't work for Tully Rinckey."
