We felt very comfortable and secure knowing Kevin was looking out for our best interest. He kept us informed and was easy to get a hold of when we needed him. As a first time home buyer, I was instantly overwhelmed with the home-buying process and the legalities that I didn't understand. Kevin was wonderful in assisting my fiancé and I with our home purchase. I never felt that I was bothering Kevin. He always answered his phone and emails quickly and expla...ined everything thoroughly- even questions I thought were silly! We spent several nights chatting on speakerphone- my fiancé, Kevin and I and we learned he's just a great person as well! The first home we were considering buying had a legal situation that wasn't very common- Kevin advised us against a potential costly problem if we bought that house. Kevin doesn't make any money if we don't close- so he definitely put us first when advising us against a property we had our hearts set on. I felt so bad that he did so much work and wasn't going to get reimbursed until we found our property. He wasn't bothered at all- and was happy to help us. Good thing he did because we found the PERFECT home for us about a week later. After we found the home, the rest of the process was SO EASY! Kevin handled everything without any speed-bumps and when we met him at the close he was very professional. It was funny because I didn't know that everyone gets paid out of the bank check so I tried paying Kevin with a check I wrote during the closing and he laughed and explained that he gets paid out of the bank check. I was mildly embarrassed but I just wanted to make sure he got compensated for his excellent service! By the way- his fees are extremely reasonable. I actually think he should charge more! Anyways, I HIGHLY recommend Kevin McGarry for legal services and if I ever need assistance again I would seek out his advice in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Kevin!!!
