Kevin Francis McGarry

I contacted Mr. McGarry after receiving a work zone speeding ticket. This was the first ticket I have ever received (what a ticket for the first one) and I was embarrassed and truthfully didn't know how to proceed - as this ticket could have been very, very costly. For starters, Mr. McGarry was abl...e to get the ticket reduced to a non-speeding violation and saved me 4 points on my license and at least $500. Even before that I was impressed by him, however. I had several questions, and he had the patience to answer them before I paid his retainer. I can tell you he's not the only lawyer I emailed but is the only one who was so helpful. Kevin did a nice job advocating for my 16 year old son when he stupidly got a speeding ticket and faced losing his liscense. This would have been a big problem as our school district does not provide transportation so he gets himself to and from school as well as to work. Kevin was able to plea it... down to a non- moving violation that saved my son not only money but from losing his liscense.
