I strongly recommend Kevin--I utilized his services for a 6-point speeding violation (a 95 in a 65) and he was successfully able to argue the ticket down to a 2-point violation (disobeying a traffic device). This saved me $450 in fines (both from the court and from a DMV "Driver's Responsibility" fee... that I would've been hit with for having 6 points on my license. I also never had to appear in court, which was a huge bonus as I got the ticket two hours from home. Kevin also responds extremely promptly to e-mails, which is helpful as I was nervous throughout the process. If I ever get a ticket again (knock on wood), I will utilize his services again.

i will recommend Mr. McGarry. i received a speeding ticket and was able to have that reduce to just a fine and no record on my ticket.
