He offered us sound advice on a home that we initially loved, but that had multiple, serious repairs needed. Without his honest opinion, I'm afraid we would have ended up with the nightmare house, and not the one we fell in love with weeks later. He shared parts of his own home-buying experience, which was great... we really valued his own experience! What I appreciated most about Kevin was his availability to talk- regardless of time of day, or how long the conversation was. We are so grateful for his expertise, and will certainly plan on using him in the future!
