He is from Gloversville, New York and a graduate of the high school thereof. He received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, he is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida’s Young Lawyers Division, and he was selected by the Association of American Trial Lawyers to receive recognition as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Personal Injury Law attorneys in New York State. He was also recognized in 2021 for excellence in the area of Personal Injury Law by Lawyers of Distinction.
