Impossible to get a hold of her, made me plea even though I didn’t do anything. I’m still in processes of lawsuits and finding evidence of innocence. She never looked at the depositions recordings or anything because if she did, she wouldn’t of made me do what she made me down. I never got callbacks ...from her. I never got emails back most of the time 99.9%. She depended on other lawyers that we’re not even in her firm to take care of escorting me to court. The first day of her children’s school she had another lawyer who didn’t know anything about my case meet me at court. It was my child’s first day of school too, but I had to be in court and I paid for a lawyer to know what they were doing, and I paid this amount of money because I was not guilty of the charge I was being accused of. So if you need a lawyer to help you navigate your way through the legal system do not count on this one.

I was referred to Ms. Gifford through my Group Legal plan to assist with a family law matter. I chose her based on her public profile, which emphasizes integrity, empathy, and client-centered service. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. After reaching out and explaining my... situation, Ms. Gifford’s office later informed me that they would not honor the terms of the Group Legal plan, despite being a participating provider. Instead of working within the scope of the plan’s coverage, her office offered a discounted rate outside of the plan entirely. This defeated the purpose of using a covered referral. I contacted the office for clarification and waited several days with no response. When I finally received a reply from her assistant, I was simply told that the discounted offer had been made and that I should follow up elsewhere if I had concerns. There was no willingness to resolve the issue, no direct communication from Ms. Gifford herself, and no accountability for the refusal to work within the agreed-upon plan benefits. This caused unnecessary delay in addressing a serious legal matter and left me without support at a critical time. I expected more professionalism and follow-through from an attorney who advertises integrity and compassion. I believe it's important for others relying on legal plans to know that this office may not honor those terms, even if listed as a provider.

Attorney Gifford and her office staff are extremely professional and supportive. Heidi Gifford cares about her clients and will work diligently towards the best outcome for your case. Her knowledge and experience make her an excellent attorney. Attorney Gifford will always be my first choice when... I need a family attorney and I highly recommend her.

We've been clients of Attorney Gifford's since she started practicing law. She's helped us with many issues, Property transfers, Estate planning, "bumps" in the road when our kids started driving, handling my parents estate and represented us with a Logging issue. When I call her office with a qu...estion and the Attorney isn't available, the Office Manager, Diane, gets the information requested and calls me in a timely fashion.
