Very Argumentative with clients

I was taken to court by my biological mother for custody if my child. She made multiple false accusations regarding me as a mother. Mind you she physically and mentally abused me and controlled me for most of my life till i had enough and took control over mine. I couldnt afford an attorney so the ju...dge appointed Jeff as my attorney. At first he seemed very interested in what i had to say and my "side" and helping me with this case. We only spoke for 5 minutes after judge appointed him. He then asked me to email him an outline of my situation. I did, twice in fact, within the next few days. I had no response. We had court a week after our introduction. I know attorneys can be busy so i gave him till the day before court to call him. I just wanted to make sure he received my emails and what the game plan was for the court date tomorrow. I never got a call back. I was nervous the next morning not knowing if he was going to show up or not. Fortunately he did. This court date was a conference for both parties. He was yelling at me telling me what i am going to do, make a deal with and what is going to happen. If i tried to speak i was cut off and/or yelled at. If i asked question he would talk down to me and cut me off and ask me if i was listening. He never took into consideration my side, needs, wants or what i thought was best for my son. After court i had questions which he did not want to answer. I emailed him and called him. He did answer when i called, and again, right to the yelling. If i opened my mouth he started yelling. He kept asking me what he can do for me but the moment i opened my mouth he cut me off and started yelling. Told me he is in trial and didn't have time for my questions. When im getting yelled at, for no reason, i freeze up and go blank. All it takes is a simple hey, im slammed with this court case and i just want to touch base with you, i know you have questions but please let me get back to you when i have time. Is courtesy too much to ask for? To me he only cares about the dollar he is receiving. I pray that i will never have to see or deal with this horrible attorney again.
