I needed representation in defense of a bully lawsuit. I spoke with a few attorneys and Bill Lorman was the only one who informed me that my home owners insurance might defend me. I got ticket for move over law near Albany, NY. which is 3 point ticket expected fine is upto $450 I have contact many attorney, regarding this every quoted me $350 to $600 (attorney fee) to change (plead Bargain) that move over law ticket to non moving parking ticket. Then i have to pay parking... ticket which would be around $100 to $150 (to court). I contacted Bill Lorman, he took detail description on how it happened and why it happened. Then he said, we can plead bargain which is convert to immovable ticket. if you like we can fight the ticket. he quoted $200 to plead bargain $500 to fight ticket in court. I opted plead bargain and paid $200. After 1.5 month i got email saying its been converted to parking ticket and fine is $100. Total i spent $300 without any worries.
