Hired her. She was intimidated by other counsel. Did not make a motion for documents. Solely relied on what opposing counsel gave her. Had me sign a document under duress. Said I was served papers and I clearly was not, left out an essential part in my agreement that I wanted put in. I read it a...greement, I agreed to the terms and then that specific clause was never i clouded in the final agreement that I signed. They sent each page separately. And she billed me over a thousand dollars because she went to the courthouse three times. She was also on the phone so there could be double billing involved.
