Unfortunately, I must agree with the "Loan Modification Nightmares" review below: do your diligence and research first before dealing with Jared Beschel. I learned only after the fact that he treated so many others as poorly as me, as seen in his many negative reviews on yelp, lawyers.com, and el...sewhere. Jared handled a residential sale for me. I expected some pushback or friction from the sellers or their attorney, maybe. But not my own attorney! But, it was Jared who made the process a nightmare. He was flagrantly unprofessional, calling my questions at one point ridiculous and telling me at another that I should grow up. He dragged his feet preparing routine closing paperwork, so everybody had to scramble at the last minute to meet deadlines. Despite having agreed to a flat fee for his services, he added hundreds of extra dollars to the final bill. Nobody should have to deal with such treatment by their attorney.
