Unfortunately, I must agree with the "Loan Modification Nightmares" review below: do your diligence and research first before dealing with Jared Beschel. I learned only after the fact that he treated so many others as poorly as me, as seen in his many negative reviews on yelp, lawyers.com, and el...sewhere. Jared handled a residential sale for me. I expected some pushback or friction from the sellers or their attorney, maybe. But not my own attorney! But, it was Jared who made the process a nightmare. He was flagrantly unprofessional, calling my questions at one point ridiculous and telling me at another that I should grow up. He dragged his feet preparing routine closing paperwork, so everybody had to scramble at the last minute to meet deadlines. Despite having agreed to a flat fee for his services, he added hundreds of extra dollars to the final bill. Nobody should have to deal with such treatment by their attorney.

My wife and I just purchased a home for the first time and Mr. Beschel really helped us through the process. He answered all the questions we had and let us know what was going on each step throughout the home buying process. He really made everything easy for us and we would highly recommend him t...o anybody.
