Gerilynn Fedrich Falasco

Gerilynn was born in Port Jefferson, New York in 1976. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Language and Literature from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2004, where she was a member of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal from 2003-2004. She became an Associate Editor of the Journal in 2004. Her article, co-authored with the Editor-in-Chief, was published in the Spring 2004 volume of the Journal.

Ms. Falasco was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004 and to the United States District Court, Eastern District in 2005.

She joined Kerley, Walsh, Matera & Cinquemani firm in 2006 as an attorney for Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Department. Her years of litigation experience have proven to be a valuable asset in estate litigation matters as well as contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings. 

Currently, she is a partner at Salenger,sack, Kimmel & Bavaro.
