Biography
While every attorney seemingly knows how to prepare a Last Will and Testatament,
thanks to Matthew Bender, , etc., not many know the repercussions of their
actions. I have been practicing long enough to be cognizant of the common pitfalls as created under "standard Wills", that would otherwise create irreparable damage among surviving family members.
I have done significant public speaking. One of my successful topics has been "How to Teach your Wife to be a Widow". I try to educate the surviving spouse. I derive immense
gratification in relieving a widow of her angst regarding the Probate Process.
