I hired this firm to assist me with saving my home and you can only imagine how scary this was do try and deal with on my own. I has attempted this all on my own with no success and finally has enough. I spoke with Melissa who took me under her wing and assigned my file to an amazing woman Susanna wh...o was a god send. I was updated every 7-10 days and was approved within 4 months. Wells Fargo has always been difficult but when I hired the Pullin firm it was the best thing that ever happened to me. We wanted to hire this attorney for foreclosures defense and loan modification, but never got clear answer what they going to do , how they going to help and even who is the attorney. Lizette promised that they will do modification but they said that they don't have an attorney, they work differently.... Very veered. I will not trust my case to this people.

Pullin Law firm did nothing as promised in our meeting with Lizette Gonzales. We ended with a payment we couldn't afford, a high interest rate. Pullin tells you what you want to hear but in no way delivers. We dealt with more than 5 emloyees and even spoke with Allen Pullin himself, who talks in ci...rcles with no info. Return calls and emails are a joke because we went months with no communications. Miss information was given leaving us hanging and our backs against the wall. I paid $4000 for nothing and now I know to never pay up front for services until you are given service in return. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Do your research and don't call Pullin.

My experience with Pullin law firm is not a good one. I lost my job back in July of 2014 and needed help with my mortgages (I had two) Upon my consult with Lizette I was told how Pulling was going to "swing for the fences!" (they never showed up to play) they were going to try to get my first mortgag...e reduced plus get my interest lowered etc. Then they would try to get my 2nd mortgage forgiven (65K) they claimed to have great success with Ocwen my first loan provider. However Ocwen kept repeatedly calling my home saying I missed a conference call (this was Sheri from Pullin who missed it 2x because she was in the bathroom!) I kept telling Ocwen on 10 different calls that I was legally represented and gave them Pullins number. They had no idea who Pulling was and after I gave them contact info said they can not get in touch with anyone. This is a systemic problem at Pullin where different people call you and have no clue what the last rep is doing no one talks to one another over there. We had Lizette, Sheri, Suzanna, Jodi, and a few other people telling us what we want to hear but NEVER following up or keeping us informed. my first loan received the HAMP modification, saved a few bucks but have a 200+K balloon payment and my second loan after no one did anything with that went to charge off. We gave Pullin the written authorization to deal with Wells Fargo 1x in Sept 2014, again in Feb 2015 and again in March 2015. Wells Fargo charged off the acct march 31 and Pulling sent the authorization in on April 1st. So that was useless. Countless emails and phone calls go unanswered, I cc'd Allen Pullen himself and copied everyone we were dealing with but no luck. Overall my experience has been horrible, one hand has no clue what the other is doing, they didn't fight hard (at all in my opinion) and as far as I am concerned I wasted my time and money. The kicker is we called Wells Fargo ourselves to find out about the charge off and they said they would settle for 50%, when we told Pullin this they called wells to see if they can do better and came back with a higher number!!! what a joke. I am totally 110% unhappy with the law firm, completely unsatisfied with the staffs lack of communication with us and among each other. the lack of effort put forth, the lack of results (not that there were any, unless you consider a HAMP mod with a 200K balloon payment and a charge off from the other loan provider) they completely dropped the ball. Now I go out of my way now to tell everyone about my experience with Pullin law firm. I consider myself street smart, and for the first time I feel like a complete sucker. well at least now I know which law firm to not use going forward.
