Allan represented us as we closed on our first house. He was an amazing support through the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with, treating us compassionately and giving us sound advice. Allan was very diligent and ensured no details were missed, catching mistakes in the title company bill, ...thoroughly dissecting and revising the contract and rider, and adding brand new clauses to protect us as we closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was prompt with all correspondence and ensured the closing stayed on track. Allan made what could have been a stressful or difficult closing into a great success.

I've worked on Allan Goldstein on several occasions and he has always blown me away with his attention to detail. On the closing of my house he saves us thousands by adding a last minute clause to ensure there could be no 'standing water' and upon walk through it was raining out and we noticed the wa...ter. Because of Allan the financial burden of the leak was assumed by the previous owner. We have used him for several legal needs since then.
