Denise R. Langweber

Denise R. Langweber received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 1982.  Now exclusively practicing real estate law, representing purchasers, sellers and lenders, Denise had previously maintained a general law practice, in Nassau County, during which time she has handled real estate, matrimonial, estate and business matters. Denise is the former real estate counsel to the NYC Sergeant's Benevolent Association. For most of her practice, she had also served as a Law Guardian in Nassau County, representing children, in Family and Supreme Court proceedings, and has argued before the New York Court of Appeals. Denise has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an award issued by her peers for the highest professional excellence. Voted Best Lawyer and Best Law Firm by the Long Island Press two years in a row, she is a member of the First American Title Insurance Company of New York Advisory Board and is the immediate past President of the Wantagh Chamber of Commerce.  Most recently, Denise has been appointed to the board of the Nassau County Firefighters Museum.
